Transcend sells JetRam as JEDEC-standard memory, not as overclocking memory 3.
Transcend’s plain JEDEC-standard DDR5 for desktops and laptops, at 4800 and 5600MT/s, 1.1V, from 8GB to 48GB. Simple to deep dive, every number links to its source.
Stuck at any point? Ask an AI about this page →JetRam DDR5 is Transcend’s standard DDR5 memory for desktops and laptops. Its product sheet lists DDR5-4800 and DDR5-5600 modules at 1.1V, from 8GB to 48GB, as long DIMMs and SO-DIMMs 1.
Two Transcend product sheets exist under file names ending 2207 and 202407; neither prints a date 21. The 2207 sheet lists six DDR5-4800 parts from 8GB to 32GB 2. The 202407 sheet keeps those six and adds ten DDR5-5600 parts, taking capacities to 48GB 1. No Transcend press release for JetRam DDR5 was found for this guide.
Transcend sells JetRam as JEDEC-standard memory, not as overclocking memory 3.
The sheets give PCB heights in inches: 1.18 inches for the 262-pin SO-DIMM and 1.23 inches for the 288-pin long DIMM 1.
Both sheets give PCB Height as 1.18 inches (262 pin) and 1.23 inches (288 pin), with no millimetre figure or module length 21. The sheets say the modules use a power management IC (PMIC) and on-die ECC at 1.1V 21. Neither the sheets nor the pages describe a heat spreader 2134.
Speeds are 4800 and 5600MT/s, all at 1.1V 13, rated for 0°C to 85°C 1. Transcend does not state a CAS latency 2134.
| Speed | Long-DIMM parts | SO-DIMM parts | Capacities |
|---|---|---|---|
| DDR5-4800 | JM4800ALG-8G, JM4800ALE-16G, JM4800ALE-32G | JM4800ASG-8G, JM4800ASE-16G, JM4800ASE-32G | 8, 16, 32GB 21 |
| DDR5-5600 | JM5600ALG-8G, JM5600ALE-16G, JM5600ALE-24G, JM5600ALE-32G, JM5600ALE-48G | JM5600ASG-8G, JM5600ASE-16G, JM5600ASE-24G, JM5600ASE-32G, JM5600ASE-48G | 8, 16, 24, 32, 48GB 1 |
The 5600MT/s page gives organizations (1Gx16)x4 for 8GB, (2Gx8)x8 for 16GB, (3Gx8)x8 for 24GB, (2Gx8)x16 for 32GB and (3Gx8)x16 for 48GB 3. The sheets give an operating temperature of 0°C ~ 85°C 21. No CAS latency appears on either sheet or either page 2134.
Transcend says JetRam uses “brand-name DRAM chips” but does not say whose 3.
The 5600MT/s page says the modules “are manufactured with true ETT grade, brand-name DRAM chips that have passed Transcend’s strict screening process and rigorous environmental testing” 3. The 202407 sheet uses the same wording 1; the 2207 sheet’s version ends “strict screening process and testing” 2. None of the four sources names the chip maker or explains “ETT grade” 2134.
Transcend publishes speeds, not benchmarks, and this guide ran none 1.
The 2207 sheet’s headings are “Ultra Fast!”, “Dual Transfer Channels” and “Optimized Power Efficiency” 2. Neither the sheets nor the pages state a warranty period 2134. Transcend’s US warranty page describes both a specified warranty period and a “limited Lifetime Warranty Service” in general terms, does not say which applies to JetRam DDR5, and says “Memory module kits must be returned as a complete set.” 5
The 2207 sheet lists only DDR5-4800 2. The 202407 sheet adds DDR5-5600 and the 24GB and 48GB sizes built from (3Gx8) organizations 13. The German 4800MT/s page lists three long-DIMM parts, matching the sheets 41. None of the Transcend sources checked mentions a faster grade or a successor 2134.
