🤖 The Activity — 15 minutes
Read. Generic but decent.
Compare all three. Same topic, completely different responses. Which was most useful? Which was most interesting?
🧩 The Twist — 5 minutes
AI follows the instructions even though the role is silly. Ask: AI followed this — what does that tell you about who is responsible for what AI produces?
Role prompts are powerful. Some people use them to try to make AI behave differently. If you give AI a role and it starts saying something uncomfortable — close the tab. The role does not change the rules.

Some children get creative with unusual roles. Fine and often produces great learning. Watch for roles designed to elicit inappropriate content — redirect without drama.
If a role produces something that feels wrong — stop. Trust that instinct.
