Program
2-Month Program
📖 Read This First — About 8 Minutes

55 days of preparation culminate in one day of practice before the final. This is not revision. It is calibration.

Day 55 is the final preparation before both the Day 56 expert project and the 2ME final assessment. This isn't revision in the passive sense — reviewing notes and hoping the knowledge sticks. It is calibration: actively testing your ability to apply concepts across the full programme, identifying any remaining gaps in integrated understanding, and confirming that you can move fluidly between technical implementation and strategic thinking.

The calibration exercise works at three levels: can you explain any concept from the programme clearly (the teaching test), can you diagnose a problem using the right framework (the application test), and can you design the right solution for a specific business context (the expert test). By Day 55, all three should be comfortable. If any level feels uncertain, that's the signal for the final preparation focus.

🎯
Day 55 is the warm-up shot before the tournament. Professional athletes don't practise their entire technique the morning of the competition — they warm up specifically for what the competition will require. Day 55 warms up the specific capabilities the final project will test: business diagnosis, channel architecture design, implementation planning, and measurement specification. Tomorrow's project is the tournament. Today is the warm-up.
🔍
The Expert Diagnostic Sprint
Take any business at random. In 10 minutes: identify their three biggest digital marketing gaps. Design the one channel they should start with. Estimate a realistic monthly budget. This rapid diagnostic is the expert skill at its core.
💬
The Teaching Test
Pick 5 concepts from the programme at random. Explain each in 2 minutes as if teaching a marketing manager who understands the basics but isn't a specialist. If you can explain it clearly, you understand it deeply enough.
📊
The Integration Test
For any given business, can you identify: (1) the correct tracking infrastructure, (2) the right campaign structure for their current stage, (3) the email automation flows that would have the highest ROI, and (4) the most appropriate attribution model? Together, these four are the expert integration.
🏁
Tomorrow: Day 56
The final expert project and the path to your 2ME certificate. Complete your project with the same specificity and professionalism you've brought to every task in this programme. You are ready.

🏅 Tomorrow is the capstone. 55 days ago, you started with awareness. Today, you are a practitioner. The difference between you at Day 1 and Day 55 is not just knowledge - it is the tested, applied, demonstrated capability that comes from doing, not just learning. The final project tomorrow is how you show the world.

5 questions Need 3/5 Unlimited tries Instant feedback
Question 1 of 5
What does the '10-minute expert diagnostic' test measure?
A
A: How quickly you can complete paperwork
B
B: The ability to rapidly identify the highest-leverage digital marketing gaps for any business - the core practitioner diagnostic skill at its most compressed
C
C: Speed of typing or writing
D
D: Memory recall of programme content
OK Rapid diagnostics demonstrate that the frameworks have been internalised, not just memorised. A practitioner who can look at any business and identify the three highest-leverage gaps in 10 minutes has genuinely built pattern recognition - the hallmark of expert-level thinking.
NO The 10-minute diagnostic tests pattern recognition: internalised frameworks that allow rapid diagnosis of any business. This is the practical expert skill at its most compressed.
Question 2 of 5
What does it mean to 'pass the teaching test' for a digital marketing concept?
A
A: Writing a formal academic paper about it
B
B: Being able to explain the concept clearly in 2 minutes to a non-specialist - demonstrating deep enough understanding to simplify without distortion
C
C: Having a certification in the specific area
D
D: Having used it in at least 5 real campaigns
OK Feynman technique: if you can explain it simply, you understand it deeply. If you need jargon and complexity to explain it, you've memorised it without truly understanding it. The teaching test reveals the difference between genuine understanding and surface-level familiarity.
NO Teaching test: if you can explain it simply to a non-specialist, you understand it genuinely. Inability to simplify signals memorisation without understanding. The teaching test is the quality test of real comprehension.
Question 3 of 5
For a D2C brand with Rs.2 Cr annual revenue, no conversion tracking, and basic Google Ads, which is the correct first intervention from the integrated expert framework?
A
A: Launch influencer marketing immediately
B
B: Build measurement infrastructure first (GA4 conversion events, Google Ads conversion import) - you cannot optimise campaigns or make investment decisions without accurate measurement
C
C: Increase Google Ads budget
D
D: Start an email newsletter
OK Measurement infrastructure always comes first. Without it, you're spending budget blind. Google Ads running without conversion data is optimising toward clicks, not revenue. The first intervention is always measurement - this is the infrastructure that makes every subsequent decision reliable.
NO Measurement infrastructure first. Always. Without it, budget allocation is guesswork. Google Ads without conversion data optimises for the wrong metric. Measurement is the prerequisite for every subsequent decision.
Question 4 of 5
What is the key difference between a practitioner who has completed the 2ME programme and one who has equivalent informal knowledge?
A
A: The 2ME practitioner has more certifications
B
B: The 2ME practitioner has a tested, documented record of applying knowledge daily for 56 days - 56 quizzes passed, 56 tasks submitted, a documented application history
C
C: The 2ME practitioner knows more channels
D
D: The 2ME practitioner has better Google Ads skills
OK The documented application history is the differentiator. 56 days of tested, applied practice is not the same as equivalent reading or watching. Daily tasks required genuine application and synthesis. Daily quizzes tested accurate understanding. The 2ME certificate is evidence of consistent, tested, applied practice.
NO Documented testing and application across 56 days distinguishes 2ME from informal knowledge. Testing and application at every step creates durable, tested knowledge - not just familiarity.
Question 5 of 5
What is the correct mindset for the Day 56 final project?
A
A: Try to demonstrate every technique from 56 days
B
B: Choose a specific business, apply the integrated expert framework with specificity and precision, and produce something you would genuinely be proud to present to a client
C
C: Keep it short to save time
D
D: Focus exclusively on the channels you feel most confident about
OK Genuine quality for a real business. The Day 56 project is the first representation of your practitioner identity. It should be the type of work you'd be proud to show in an interview or client meeting. Specificity, precision, and professional quality are the target.
NO Day 56 target: genuine quality, specific to a real business, presented at professional standard. This is the work you'd show in an interview or client meeting. Not a demonstration of breadth, but of depth and precision.
